Lock: Patent Pending, proprietary 3-lug locking interface between the bolt catch had the ambidextrous lever.
Ergonomic lever design with serrations at critical contact points for leverage.
Note: This Ambi Bolt Catch / Battery Assist Device will ONLY work with the BATTLEARMS BAD-EBC Enhanced Bolt Catch with its proprietary locking mechanism. It is not compatible with "Mil-Spec" bolt catch or any other aftermarket bolt catches. It also does not work with the BAD-EBC-308 for the .308 platform due to the larger geometry of the .308 bolt catch.
