What is your email?

Is your website secure?

Yes, there are security checks constantly happening. No one can see your credit card information, not even the employees or owners.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes, discount pricing is built into most products, if you buy more, you will get cheaper pricing. If you have a discount code, enter it in the promo code section on the checkout tab.

Do you offer dealer pricing on ammunition?

Yes, it is not offered through website, please contact carlos@armscor.com for more information. There are minimum orders and requirements, so please, if you are not a dealer, please do not contact.

Do you offer bulk discount pricing?

Yes, discount pricing is built into most products, if you buy more, you will get cheaper pricing.

Do you match competitor prices?

No, we do not match competitor pricing.

What type of payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards to include Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. If your debit card contains one of these 4 credit card endorsements we can accept your payment.

If you do not have a credit card, you will have to call in or email sales@advancedtactical.com. Money orders are accepted, however, the process could take up to 3 weeks.

Can I pay with 2 separate payment methods for 1 order?

Unfortunately at this time we are not able to take multiple forms of payment for the same order. However, you can use both a credit card and a gift card with one order. Alternatively, you are welcome to place multiple orders and use a different form of payment for each order.

Can I pay via PayPal?

PayPal prohibits the use of their platform for the sale of ammunition so we unfortunately cannot accept payments via PayPal either.

Do you give our contact information/email away?

We do not sell or furnish any third parties with your email information. Your email is used to receive our weekly newsletters and our customer e-mails. We send these to update you on the status of your order and to check in with you post order. Trust that your information is protected. Please click on terms and conditions to see.

Do you offer free shipping?

Unfortunately we do not offer free shipping, but if you subscribe to our newsletter, you might receive a free code with one of the monthly newsletters.

Can I save on shipping and pick my order up at the warehouse?

Unfortunately, we are not set up to accommodate pickups at our warehouse. The only way to receive an order from us is to have it shipped via FedEx to your location.

Why are my shipping costs more than I thought they would be?

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the distance to your shipping location. This cost is calculated by a formula created by FedEx.

Can you ship ammo to my location?

Due to the unique nature of our business and constantly changing local legislature, please check your local laws for restrictions before ordering ammunition.

Unfortunately, due to a combination of regulations and shipping constraints, we cannot ship to the following locations:

- Alaska

- Hawaii

- Massachusetts

- Connecticut

- New York City (we can ship to other areas in the state of NY, just not NYC)

- Chicago (we can ship to other areas in the state of IL, just not Chicago)

- Washington, DC

- Canada

- All other international locations

Can you ship magazines to my location?

We do not ship, sell, or offer for sale any magazines to anyone in these states or anyone using a billing address in these states.

California: Over 10 rounds

Colorado: Over 15 rounds

Connecticut: Over 10 rounds

Hawaii: Over 10 rounds that may fit a handgun

Maryland: Over 10 rounds

Massachusetts: Over 10 rounds

New Jersey: Over 15 rounds

I received a promo code for free ammo or magazines but can’t get it shipped to my location?

We apologize, however, we will be unable to send you those products if the law doesn’t allow us to. Please select from our many other products that are able to be shipped to your location.

How fast will my order ship?

It will ship within 1 business day (Note that Saturday, Sunday, and federal holidays are not included in business days).

When will my order be delivered?

Transit times are generally 1-7 business days depending on the shipping distance from our Nevada warehouse.

What is my tracking number?

Upon completion of your order, you’ll receive an email confirmation stating that your order has been placed if using Fedex (USPS might or might not receive a tracking number).

On the day your order is scheduled to ship, you will receive an e-mail from our office containing the tracking number(s) for your order.

Your tracking number may not work, however, until FedEx scans your product into their system, but don’t worry… simply check again after 8PM PST when our last scheduled pick-up from our carriers takes place.

How can I provide a review for advancedtactical.com or customer service?

Easiest way is to start a chat and end it, and leave a rating. Top management reviews the customer service ratings and comments daily. We at advancedtactical.com want to provide the top customer experience.

What is your newsletter?

Our newsletter is a weekly email containing some combination of the following:  

- Industry related news

- Monthly specials

- Items on sale

- Contests and giveaways

- New product check-ins

When you make your first purchase, you are automatically subscribed to our newsletter.

Why should I create an account on advancedtactical.com?

You receive at least a 1% discount on products. Also, having an account allows you easy access to information regarding the orders you’ve placed. When you log in with your email address and password you can view tracking information, order status, order history, or edit and store shipping and contact information. It also makes it easier for us to assist you with any issues you might experience with your order.

How do I calculate shipping on an order?

Click on cart, and fill out billing details. Once billing details are filled out, click review order, and choose between shipping methods to view different shipping costs.

If your order contains ammunition, it has to be shipped via Fedex ground.

Is your price for a box of ammo or a case of ammo?

The ammo prices shown are “per box” unless otherwise indicated in the description. We indicate how many boxes you will need to order for those who prefer to order only case quantities. In most cases, there are discounts for case quantities, so order just as much as you need. In some instances, we sell only in bricks or cases of ammo. These products will be clearly marked as being a larger quantity.

If a product is out of stock, can I place a back order?

At this time we are not accepting back orders until stock levels return to normal.

Do I need a special license to buy from advancedtactical.com?

No. Most of our products are intended for adult use, and buyers must be at least 21. With some products, such as ammunition, a waiver and age statement will be required for first time purchasers.

For Illinois customers purchasing ammunition, a copy of your current Drivers License and Firearm Owner’s Identification Card are required before we can ship the order.

Why do some items have no picture?

We work extremely hard to have products available to consumer. Rather than wait to add a product because there is not picture, we always add the product first with description then add the picture.

How can I find out if you’ve received my order?

After you complete your purchase, you’ll get a page that shows your web order number and order information. We’ll also email a confirmation to you, so be sure to enter your correct email address when placing an order.

Why don’t you ship internationally?

In some countries, it’s illegal to own military surplus items – even if they originated there! It would be impossible to keep up with all the laws in other countries to determine if a product – surplus or otherwise – can be shipped there legally.

I forgot my password, how do I recover it?

Click login and forgot password link. It will take steps but there will be a process to recover it.

I am a dealer, do I get discounting pricing?

Yes, there are many steps to be approved to become a dealer. There is only discounted pricing on the website for dealers for everything except ammo and ammo related products. For ammo and ammo related products, contact carlos@armscor.com.

Do I pay sales tax on my order?

We do not collect sales tax on orders shipped outside of Nevada.

What are you hours of operation?

Our Customer Service Team is available through email or chat 16 hours a day, 6 days a week (including 8am PST to 5pm PST Monday through Friday). Shipments leave the warehouse Monday through Friday, and sometimes Saturday (excluding Federal USA Holidays).
