Lost Packages

We understand that there will be lost packages depending where you live, and to combat this issue we are offering at checkout an option called Route. Route Package Protection covers lost, stolen, and damaged items that fit the following criteria. For cart totals under $100 USD, Route is only $0.98 USD. For carts over $100 USD, Route is calculated from 1.5%-5% of the cart total based on several factors (for example, if an order was $150 USD, then Route could be $2.25 USD)

Route is an added layer of protection to your order which ensures replacement for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. By unselecting it, Advanced Tactical is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items.

We do take care if the package is damaged and the item(s) inside - our packaging team is highly trained to keep your orders as packed and secured as possible. If the package has been marked by USPS, UPS, or FedEx as delivered on/at your front porch, that means that the package is on your property and is no longer in our responsibilities and will refer back if you have opted-in or out of Route. If you have opted-IN you can reach out directly through Route and they will deal with the claims resolution for you. If you have opted-OUT and the package has been stolen on your front porch you may make a claim through USPS, UPS or FedEx depending on which shipping method you have chosen to ship your order.

We also do NOT refund Route if your order has been shipped and delivered. Once the order ships, our system notifies Route that the package is in transit and will activate your insurance. If you are returning items that you have previously purchased and submitted a return request along with the Route insurance, we cannot refund the insurance. The insurance is a one time fee and once shipped/delivered is "un-returnable".
