✅ Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unused, unmodified, and in original packaging.

• Blemished or “AS-IS” items are final sale.

• Ammunition and kits are non-returnable, due to safety and DOT regulations.

• Route Shipping Protection is non-refundable.

⚠️ Customers are responsible for verifying ammunition compatibility with their firearm.

How to Return

If you have an account:

1. Log in and go to your order history.
2. Select the relevant order and click Return Items.
3. Fill out the return form with item details, reason, and comments (especially for exchanges).
4. Submit the request and track the return status via your account.

If you checked out as a guest:

Complete the Electronic Return Form at the bottom of this page.

Refunds & Fees

• Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.

• Refund processing time:

  • 10–14 business days for inspection

  • 1–7 business days for issuing refund once approved

• A 25% restocking fee may apply if items are returned used, damaged, or incomplete.

• Shipping costs may be refunded in some cases (see Return Form).

Return Shipping

• Improper packaging may result in denial of refund.

• If you received the wrong item, we’ll send a prepaid label.

• If an item is defective, return shipping costs will be reimbursed after inspection.

• Unauthorized returns will not be refunded. You may request to pay for reshipment if you'd like it returned to you.

Damaged or Missing Items

Report any shipping damage or shortages within 7 days of receiving your order.
We'll file a claim and process a refund/replacement after the carrier’s investigation.
