Return Process

Return with an account

Please follow these steps:

  1. Log into your account.
  2. Select the order the item you are returning belongs to.
  3. Go your orders and on the order you can find Return Items? or you can click the order and at the bottom you can find an icon RETURN.
  4. Create New Return - here you can fill out the form, along with the item(s) you are returning, the resolution, item condition, the reason for return, and (highly recommended) to add comments especially if you want an exchange to add the product description and possibly the SKU of the item you want to be exchanged.
  5. Once you have selected the item(s) and the quantity, you can submit the return.
  6. If the return has been approved, an email confirmation will be sent and you may go back to the return. If you are shipping the item back to us you may input the tracking number into the return form. This is important to us and our customers so in our process everything is in the record if the item was sent, and received by our facility.

We recommend also put a Return Form when you ship your return back to us if you have done this process. The more information we have, the faster for us to process your return.

This process might take 1-5 days depending on how busy our returns department is, but we strive to get this return within a day or two.

Our customer service will reach out depending on the issue. (1) If the item is defective, we offer free return labels with no other fees. (2) If the item ordered is bought by mistake we reserve the right to apply a restocking fee, and the customer will return the item(s) at his/her expense.

Return Policy

Please read the return form and policy below before returning.

RETURN POLICY: does NOT accept returns on ammunition due to safety considerations and US DOT regulations.

It is your responsibility as a customer to ascertain EXACTLY what cartridge your firearm uses. It is also your responsibility to ensure that the firearm in which you'll use these cartridges is suitable and safe.

Due to the unique nature of the product, we sell we only accept returns within 30 days of your order date.

After we receive the return form with products, we will respond promptly to let you know if your request has been approved (10-14 days from shipment to Returns Department). If approved, the card will be refunded within 1 - 7 days.

Note the following:

  • Refund requests for kits or ammunition will be rejected.
  • Initial Shipping costs might be refunded, please see the return form above
  • Items must be in new condition and be accompanied by original receipt and return form
  • Returned items must be properly packaged, refunded will not be issued for damaged items due to poor packaging.
  • The order cannot be voided or canceled once the order has been shipped.
  • We reserve the right to apply a 25% restocking fee at our discretion.
  • If you receive the wrong item in the order, we offer return labels so you do not need to ship the items at your own expense.
  • If the item you received is defective, please ship the item back to us, and upon inspection, if the item is indeed defective we will refund you for the item or exchange you for them if requested if the item is available, in addition to refunding the shipping method you used to ship the defective product to us.
  • Route is not refundable. Please read HERE why.

There will be no refund issued for any returns that are received at our warehouse without a Return Form on file or for any returns that are received at our warehouse with a prior Declined Return Request on file. In this scenario, if you would like to keep the unauthorized return received at our warehouse, we are happy to collect an additional payment from you to cover the costs to ship the product back to you.

If you feel like you should be able to return your product for a reason other than it being damaged or defective product, you are welcome to fill out a Return Form and your Return Request will be considered.

NOTE: Any damage or shortage must be reported to within 7 days of receipt. In the rare event, your package is damaged, we will file a claim with the carrier and issue a refund or replacement once the claim investigation has concluded. All returned product is examined upon arrival and check-in at our warehouse and only product in New/Sellable condition will receive a full credit (unless the damage occurred in transit to your location and you properly notified and documented the damage in your initial Return Form). If for any reason you decide you want the product back after it has been received at our warehouse, you will have to re-order the product on based on availability.
