Slow n steady
When it comes to loading it slow and steady wins the race the only recommendation I have is mine that I have gotten the screws were a little over tighten and you can see where some parts we're starting to splinter or crack so just in case I bought an extra back plate other than that would buy again the load assist on the back is great really helps a lot
